We cannot help at all in suggesting other places to go. All we dream of is staying here forever. Thank you for another wonderful week and roll on next year! (early September)

Location location location! Grounds grounds grounds! Can we come back? (May)

It's my third year at Haulfryn and I still love it. Seven days is not long enough for such a great place. I love the gardens and the passage to the beach. Abersoch is a good place to meet new people. We met three new friends who had all stayed at Haulfryn House before. It was their sixth time in Abersoch. i really hope we can come back next year. (Emma, age 13, mid August)

I have been coming to Haulfryn all my life. Happy family memories permeate every nook and cranny of the house and the garden. In the 21st century it remains a very special place to escape to and relax in. Back to the smoke, to save my pennies so that I can come back again! (early September)

For the last 24 years we have holidayed in Abersoch, the last 3 at haulfryn House, and once again we have had marvellous weather and a great holiday. It is a very special place for our family and we hope to return next year. (mid September)

Our fourth visit to Haulfryn House, first to "The Dovecote". Left Clitheroe in the snow and arrived in the sun! As usual Haulfryn House is magical. (early April)

What an experience - walking on the beach on Christmas day!

Great holiday - had a wonderful stay. Caught loads of mackerel, had several interesting and competitive "pentathlon" events - croquet, tennis, eating etc. BBQs were eventful, weather fantastic and Haulfryn an excellent venue. Thanks for the hospitality. (late August)

I am going to give this house 10 out of 10. I have had a wonderful time. Tomorrow morning we go home. Went to Abersoch last year and it was great but it is even better here. I wish to come next year. (Olivia, age 8, late October)

It's nearly 10am on Friday morning, it can't possibly be, it always comes round so fast! It's our first year in "The Dovecote", our 7th in Haulfryn and we all hope to be back for more. Just cannot belive our luck being able to stay here, the gardens are fabulous, the situation perfect and the house great. (early June)

Mediterranean weather, only one morning's rain in a glorious week. The garden gives the greatest pleasure, with more finds each time we come. (early August)

"Happy New Year" Haulfryn! Another wonderful week at Haulfryn - a great New Year spent with friends and rounded off with fireworks and champers on the lawn - wonderful!! This is our 4th visit and each time it gets harder to drag ourselves home - we may even try a visit in Summer this year!We have had the good fortune to enjoy the most glorious weather and the sun terrace, the gardens and the view have added to the enchantment of this lovely house. We ventured out only to the bakers (daily) to dine at restaurants (twice) and to play golf at Nefyn (once - badly; but what a superb course - beautifully maintained and fabulous coastal scenery). With the younger end of the family in occupation downstairs, our access to laze on the terrace was very easy, and they in turn played so much tennis/croquet/table tennis there were days they were seldom seen - but it all culminated in a family barbecue on the last night - a great way to end a really super holiday and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. (late May)

A lovely week sailing Youth National Championships! Excellent accommodation, lovely fires! Great weather! We all thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it all. (early April)

Long walks, wonderful scenery, good company, hot baths, flickering fires, relaxing lie-ins, attractive surf-hippy culture...all in all we had a great time. (Easter)

We had a completely relaxing week of tennis in the mornings and meandering around Abersoch, followed by beach in afternoon. This kept 4 adults and 3 young children very happy for a week. (late June)

I very much regret that I am unable to find adequate adjectives to describe our second year at "The Dovecote". A truly wonderful week, and the excellence of "The Dovecote" - in all its varied features - so sincerely appreciated. Simply, yet sincerely, "thank you". (mid August)

After 30+ years of coming to Abersoch the last 2 years at Haulfryn House have been the tops. The gardens are grand and have been much enjoyed by everybody, particularly the grandchildren. Above all the tennis court will be missed, although the unusual exercise has led to a few aches and pains! Looking forward to a further visit. (late June)

Another fantastic holiday - a very well needed rest! Our toddlers have revelled in the beach and the magical secret gardens. Mum, Dad and Gran have revelled in not using cars, location and peaceful surroundings and good company. Thanks to Haulfryn for getting the "clan" back on track! (early September)

First visit, EVERYTHING lived up to our expectations. Quiet, great weather all day, every day, gardens an absolute delight. We'll be back next year! (mid August)

This is a small corner of paradise! Magnificent views and a beautiful garden. We have all enjoyed playing tennis, badminton and croquet. The babies have enjoyed the garden too - Samuel (aged 1) crawling round the croquet lawn and William (aged 2) running freely round the garden in safety. We feel fortunate to have found Haulfryn. (late May)

A wonderful Easter break. Fantastic weather and a chance to enjoy the superb gardens as they are just waking up. The children enjoyed a wonderful Easter egg hunt around the gardens. Very comfortable and most enjoyable. (early April)

A lovely warm welcome of a fire and a cosy bed. Many thanks. (late October)

Very relaxing holiday in superb accommodation. I have been coming to Abersoch for over 40 years and did not know this lovely mini estate existed. Glad I and the family found it. (mid April)

7 days is nowhere near long enough! (August)

Truly a family holiday, enjoyed by all despite variable weather. The house and gardens exceptional and a delight to wander around. We all hope to return at the earliest opportunity. (early August)

A wonderful family holiday. Fantastic location, for use of the shops in the village and to the beach. The views across to the bay are incredible, and the gardens beautiful to sit in. We enjoyed using the tennis, badminton and croquet facilities. We hope we can return in the near future as your house made the holiday something to remember. (late August)

Our first visit to Wales. We had a fantastic time! A great place to spend Christmas. Everything was perfect. Happy New Year!
